Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Policy

We are currently using Aramex and PostNet as our preferred courier services which offers our clients a flat rate of R99.

We use Aramex for small packages that can fit a 35 x 45cm sleeve.

Aramex will deliver to your door.

We use PostNet for packages larger than 35 x 45cm with up to a 5kg weight. PostNet will deliver PostNet to PostNet, you will be contacted when your package is ready for pick up at your nearest PostNet branch.

We are in the process of sourcing a delivery service that is best suited for our needs as a small business.

Our delivery service may change without prior notice to our clients.

 

The Delivery processes

  1.  We outsourced all of our deliveries; we deliver nationwide to residential or business address.

     

  2. We do not deliver to a PO BOX address or outside of South Africa.

     

  3. You will be issued with a tracking number after your parcel has been collected by the couriers / postal service.

     

  4. Our Standard delivery is 3-5 working days, however this period may increase during our busy periods.

     

  5. There may be delays that are outside of our control, please contact us if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days.

     

  6. You will be kept up to date with proceedings and will receive a notification when you package is ready for collection

     

Receiving your delivery

  1. Please arrange that you or your authorised representative, is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that access would be made available. 

     

  2. It is our policy, that you or your authorised person sign for the goods received. 

     

  3. You or your authorised person open must open the parcel to check the quantity and the condition that the goods were received in. 

     

  4. Your decision not to check your goods, will be noted, may affect your chances to request for a refund if one is required by you.

     

  5. Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf. Should no-one be available at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the products. The courier company will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for redeliver. Should no-one still be available we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. 

     

 

 

 

Return and Refund Policy

We regret no Returns and Refunds other than Damaged / Wrong items received / Lost Packages.

 

What do I do if I receive damaged goods or the wrong item?

If upon inspection you find that the item is damaged or is not the item you originally ordered, you should contact us immediately.

Damaged goods may be repaired; replace or refunded and redeliver will be at our expense.

For items not originally ordered, at your request the right goods will be replaced and redelivered to you at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

Money shall be refunded in full if package lost in the mail for more than 3 weeks.

 

How to lodge a complaint for goods that needs to be returned?

You need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item, kindly include images of the item and packaging, the agent at Sublime need to assess the situation and conclude whether a client qualify for a repair; refund or replacement of goods.

When the finding is within our client’s favour, the item should be returned / posted to Gail Marra Design Studio within 2 working days, and proof that the item was posted is within the mandatory time frame is required.

You will be responsible for the return courier cost, a refund to the customer for the returned cost shall be determined by Gail Marra Design Studio, this is depending on the situation, and our decision is final.

We will never ignore you; your satisfaction is valued by us. We may be swamp or still awaiting your returned order. If we have not contacted you after 7 working days that the goods were returned, please give as a call or send an email, we will do our utmost best to find you a speedily solution.
