Delivery Area

We currently deliver within South Africa only.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Courier Partners

We currently use:

• Aramex South Africa – Door-to-door delivery for small parcels

• PostNet South Africa – PostNet-to-PostNet delivery for larger parcels (collection required)

Delivery partners may change as we grow or refine our logistics.

Delivery Fees

A flat rate of R99 applies to small parcels.
Larger or heavier custom pieces may be quoted separately where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery: 3-5 working days after dispatch

• Custom or made to order items: Production lead time applies before dispatch

• Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us.

Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure that you or an authorised representative is available at the delivery address.

• A signature may be required upon delivery.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels upon receipt.

If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply if repeated attempts are required.
