Delivery Area

We currently deliver within South Africa.

International shipping is available on request and will be quoted separately based on the size, weight, and destination of the piece.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. As many items are handcrafted or made to order, please allow time for preparation before dispatch.
Smaller and standard items are securely packaged and shipped directly to your door.
Larger artworks are wrapped and boxed with additional care in-house.
Certain large, heavy, or irregular pieces require custom packaging and specialised handling. For these items, delivery is not calculated at checkout and will be quoted separately.

For oversized or high-value pieces, a tailored packaging and delivery quote is required to ensure safe transport.

Quotes are typically provided within 1–2 working days.

Preparation & packaging: 3–6 working days depending on the item
Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Custom or made-to-order items: Production lead time applies before dispatch
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us.

Collection is available from Gordon’s Bay.

Once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable collection time.

Please ensure that you or an authorised representative is available at the delivery address
A signature may be required upon delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels upon receipt

If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply if repeated attempts are required.
