Terms & Conditions:

Custom Commissioned Artwork

Deposit & Payment:

A 60% deposit is required to confirm your order and commence work.
The final 40% payment is due before delivery or collection of the completed artwork.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. If the deposit is not received in this period, the quote will expire, and the order will be cancelled.

Timelines:

Estimated completion time will be communicated on the quotation or when the order is confirmed.
Delays in client feedback, design approvals, or changes may extend the completion date.
Delays may occur due to availability of materials, weather conditions prolonging curing time of some products.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If cancelled before work has begun, 50% of the paid deposit will be forfeited.
If cancelled after work has started, the client may receive a partial refund, minus the 50% deposit, costs of labour, time, and materials already spent.
No refunds will be issued for completed custom artworks.

Ownership & Intellectual Property:

All creative concepts, sketches, mood boards, drafts, remain the property of the Artist and Gail Marra Design Studio.
Completed artworks remain the property of the Artist and Gail Marra Design Studio until full payment is received.
Any unpaid or cancelled artwork remains the exclusive property of Gail Marra Design Studio and may be completed, modified, or sold at the Artist’s discretion.
Should the client later wish to purchase a cancelled or unpaid artwork, the Artist reserves the right to revise the price.

Usage Rights:

Commissioned artworks are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Gail Marra Design Studio retains the right to display images of the artwork in its portfolio, social media, exhibitions, and other promotional materials.

Creative Integrity:

Each commission reflects the Artist’s unique style and will be created in line with the agreed brief and creative interpretation.
We may be inspired by, but requests to replicate the work of other artists will not be accepted.
