Artwork Commission

Custom Art for your space

Commissioned piece is created with the space in mind, using design principles and focal-point placement to ensure the artwork feels

considered, balanced, and integral to the room.

Custom Artwork, Crafted in My Signature Style

At Sublime Style and Décor, I offer the opportunity to bring your vision to life through custom commissioned artwork, thoughtfully created in my unique artistic style. Each piece is designed to reflect your personal space and story while staying true to the creative aesthetic that defines my work.
My custom artwork process is collaborative and personal, allowing you to share your ideas, colour preferences, and the mood you'd like to evoke. While I welcome your input and inspiration, please note that each piece is created in my distinctive style, shaped by my creative approach, techniques, and materials. I do not replicate the work of other artists but instead craft original pieces that align with your brief and my artistic vision.
If you're looking for an artwork that feels authentic, soulful, and timeless, let's begin a conversation about creating something truly special for your home or space.

What to Expect When Working With Gail Marra Design Studio

Step 1: Initial Enquiry
You’ll complete a short intake form outlining your needs, the space, and the type of service you’re enquiring about. This allows me to determine whether I’m able to take on your project.

Step 2: Project Review
Once received, I personally review your submission. If the project is a good fit, I’ll be in touch via email with next steps and a request for additional information (your ideas, preferred colours, style, and size) ahead of the consultation.

Step 3: Consultation
During the consultation, we explore your space, style, preferences, and objectives in more depth. This may include placement, size, mood, colours and texture.

Step 4: Follow-Up & Recommendation (Virtual or telephonic)

A second online meeting is scheduled to present the proposed concept. After this meeting, you will receive a written summary and, a quotation that include a timeline of completion, due to the handmade nature of the work, timelines may be extended by 2 to 4 weeks.

Step 5: Approval & Fabrication

Once you approve the quotation and pay the deposit, the artwork moves into fabrication. Minor adjustments may be discussed during the early stages. You will be kept informed as the piece progresses.

Step 6: Completion

Once completed and fully paid, the artwork will be ready for collection or delivery (to be arranged separately).

Please keep in mind

The estimated timeline is 6–12 weeks. This may vary due to the handmade nature of the work, material availability, and design complexity.

During the winter months, production on certain sculptural pieces may slow, as colder and wetter weather can affect curing times and limit specific processes.

We accept 3–4 custom commissions per year. This may change as the studio grows.

We understand your excitement; however, before we can begin, please kindly complete the intake form below.

Each commissioned piece is created with care, intention, and respect for both the space it will inhabit and the individuality of the client, without compromise to the artist integrity and the artist authentic design style.
